Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
An employee at a grocery store got into the wstern union computer and got my information along with my daughters and later called my daughter and accused her of stealing her cell phone out of the bathroom and was making threats and accusations is that legal

It sounds like the management of the store, and maybe Western Union, failed to protect your confidential information. They might be liable to you. The employee is vividly liable, and possibly criminally vulnerable to prosecution.
