fence over the property line
my neighbor has her fence on our property.we ask her to move it but she refused it`s been standing there for as slong as we owend the house ,now she wants to build a new one .i asked her to but it it on her property and seh got smart .aslo she said that her fence was grandfathered in. once she builds it and it`s still on our property can i remove it legally? or can i force her .

First, you need to make sure of the property line, then consult a local attorney.
Strongly advise mediating the dispute, b/c you will be living next to each other a long time.
