It is nice that you are willing to hire an attorney for your friend. But, you didn't say where your friend is being held, or what he is charged with. You'll have to provide more information if you want to engage an attorney to assist your friend. Perhaps you can repost, stating in which Court or at least what city or county the case in. And then elaborate on the situation a bit without giving away your friend's private information.
