Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I was being harassed at school and the people in charge of handling the problem convinced me to drp out of school.Did this violate my rites?

You did not explain the harrassment, so it might change what I am about to tell you. The school should not encourage you to drop out of school to escape harassment. You and your parents should contact the school district to discuss your reenrollment, even if that is into an alternative program. Make the best use of your educational opportunites while you have them.
