Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

I just called and left a message with someone. I was wrongfully incarcerated for 2 years. St Louis charged me in January 2011. In May 2011 a laptop computer was labeled evidence for my defense The laptop contained 64 voice recordings by me providing me with an alibi. I was wrongfully identified as the assailant by both an alleged eye witness and the other victim. I was asked to waive a live line up by detectives..and the photo line up was absurd. I was the only one with a facial tattoo in the photos of 6 people. And the police claimed they didnt have anyone else for them to view. I have only been arrested before then for traffic tickets. I was nolle pross in March 2013 when i met with the assistiant circuit attorney and my public defender..her eyes lit up when she heard the recordings and i was free a week later. So i thought. I am still suffering. Everyday. Its not off my record obviously. I have a video from when I was banned from my mothers apartment complex because of the murder. Just the other day I went to rent a home for me and my 8 month old daughter and the property owners own words were "them murders"...The state has made it really hard to live since my release. Luckily I have some talent framing residentials but not steadily..makes me wonder how many of the employers I worked for this year alone has fired me because they decided to look my name up. In Aug of this year our apartment was flooded and we lost a lot. We had to move, my daughter and her mother and I. We spent money for hotels and a uhaul truck. We tried to save what we could..we moved for 2 days, hardly any sleep. On the 3rd day..we come to get the rest of our things and our landlord let another tenet in our apartment without notifying us first. And they threw the wet carpet right on top of what we were trying to save and broke my 65" HDTV. I took a pictures and called the police and made a report at 8am..from there the landlord wouldnt meet us for our inspection so that we could get back our deposit and leave but avoided us all day until we left the property..she then called the police and lied. St Charles police are required to wear body cameras...i didnt know this but was harassed and slammed by police this same day. My daughter was in my arms when the officer snatched my arm back to cuff me. I never resisted..its on video..i have them. I was seated..and ripped upward to be slammed back to the ground. I have xrays from the hospital..he put the cuffs on so tight it broke my skin and I had a huge bruise where one of the cuffs were..I just wrote the mayor of St Louis, I wrote the attorney general about a year ago..no help.. Ive tried to contact a whole list of lawyers but non to stick out their neck for me..Im innocent and can prove it but why nobody wants for justice to prevail obviously. I've paid close to $1500 in traffic fines from over 7years ago since my release to try an astablish a license so I can drive to work..but its still suspended..the state is also intercepting my missouri state income tax to pay for public defender services when I was innocent and just lost years of my life!!!! My current living status isn't fine. I'm homeless, living in a weekly hotel paying $300 a week because nobody wants to rent to me. But nothing has been done to help me by those responsible for doing this to me.
