Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
My husband was arrested in April 2013 on a Probation & Parole warrant. It was issued for obsconsion. He was held for a month in the county jail. During that month and the jail tried contacting P & P to find out what they were going to do. They never got back with them. The warrant expired. He was released on his 12/12 date a month later. Approximately 10 days later they reissued a another warrant for the same thing. They sent him back to prison for 87 days. Was that legal? If so, why? If not, why?

If your husband fully complied with the terms of his parole agreement during those ten days he was out (including meeting with his PO) then the new warrant was probably bad. If he didn't fully comply, then the warrant was probably okay. Noncompliance during those ten days is a new issue, and the ramifications aren't limited by the previous activity.
Good luck
