Identification Laws
Is is a requirement for all people in Missouri to have Identification? My brother was recently told by cops that he could be thrown in jail because he didn't have identification. He is 17 years old but was eating a cheeseburger at MCDS with friends.

The sad reality is that although most are very good, some law enforcement officers are stupid and/or liars.
