Ok so much for humor...

You should seek out an attorney. Do you have to be sedated for the pull? Is surgery involved? You have a right to pain and suffering and inconvienence. Only way to know for sure what the going rate in your neighborhood is for this type of thing is to see a lawyer who handles Dental Malpractice in your home region.
