Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
I am moving and wanted a.picture of my old residence, im not.going to publish it, no.person was in it and its completely unrecognizable, but a guy who saw me take it looked like he was reading my plate number, can I get in trouble?

If the old place gets burgled you might be a suspect. But, in most case taking a picture of a structure from a public right of way (I. E. Sidewalk or street). Isn't going to violate a criminal statute or ordinance.
