Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
when a person files a small claims case and gets a judgemant and the attorney for the person that got the judgement simply decides to hire a attroney that files a informal motion to dismiss this case do i as the garnashiee need to file an answer

Your Order to Respond to the Garnishment came from the Judge. Until the Judge Sets aside the the Judgment, you need to appropriately respond to the Writ. Failure to Answer timely could make you liable for the entire judgment, even if your Answer would have been $0.
