Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

Can a person sue the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole employees that were responsible in wrongfully causing them to be arrested, extradited and incarcerated (until they discovered the mistake) -having signed proof from such employee of that board that they did nothing wrong while on interstate compact?

One may bring asuit such as you described. Teh question is. "will it be successful?" That will be determined by the facts of the particular situation. If you wish to bring such a suit, you should consult direclty with a civil attorney in your area. They can examine the facts of your case, and advise you as to the chances of success.
