can a police officer impersonate me on my computer without a warrant? and try to set up a drug deal while i was not home?

From the tone of your question, it sounds like and officer has already impersonated you. This falsity can be used as a defense for you, if you are accused of acrime. If you are sued in civil court, you might be able to use it as a defense, as long as you can prove it was not you. If you are fired because your employer discovered that you made a drug deal over the internet, then you will definately want to get proof that it was not you.
As for as you suing an officer or the governmental body that employs them, it is a different question. If the officer did not have a warrant, they may be personally liable to you for any damages you suffer, as well as the misuse of your identitity and computer equipment. If they had a warrant, or were acting as part of an investigation, you may nto be able to sue them or their employer. .
