Potential Employers Utilizing Public Details
If as an applicant to a new company I have agreed to be evaluated freely by my peers, would it be legal for a company to utilize the information posted by my peers as a basis for their decision whether or not to hire me. I signed a contract stating that I understand that anyone could perform an evalution of my performance as long as they have a past co-worker relationship with me. I also have agreed that the infomation would be made public to companies. Where is the boundary for the employer to use this information?

I'm not sure what you've signed, but there's a reasonable use of data like that and an unreasonable use. Certainly, not a sentence of your employment evaluation should go beyond the doors of your office.
There is definite case law that says that employers can be held liable for workplace defemataion. I would review this agreement with an attorney from your state to find out whether it is in fact valid. Sounds shaky.
