Is it possible to see if someone has power of attorney?
Is there a way to find out if someone in the state of missouri has power of attorney over someone? if so, please tell how?, my grandmother is nursing home bound and my aunt may have power of attorney, but I need to find out.

One possibility is to check the records of the County Clerk in the county in which your grandmother resided. POA's are not always filed for record, but often are.
