Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
i purchased a used transmission for 1000.00 week later car broke down due to transmission for warranty to cover i had to have them fix it picked up vehicle today paid 350.00 labor and i have no overdrive or passing gear in transmission the numbers on my transmission are different so they have switched out transmissions this is not the one i purchased. how can i get my car fixed

You need to make a new claim under the warranty. If they deny, then guy may have to sure fir the full amount you paid (transmission and Labor). You might hire a local attorney to write a l letter to the transmission seller, stating your position, and demanding they correct the situation.
