Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

My quesion is, if an old employer is trying to sue for a loan or money they think is owed to them how long do they have after the worker has quit to sue? If the worker does not think they owe what the employer thinks they do and the employer wants to sue with out any written proof of agreement is that possible??

It is possible for a company to sue theri ex employee for money loaned for advanced. If there is a writing evidencing the loan, they may have ten years to bring the suit. If not, then they may only have five years after termiantion of employment.

Good luck
