racial profilling

I was at a care center giving a pedicure when a hospital aide opened the door to bring back another patient and said when he saw me that shouldn't i be chinese. what to do or not to do?

It may by possible that you could bring a civil action against the care worker and the care center. But, you have not provided enough facts to determine the viability of such an action. What you did describe seems to be not part of any care center employee manual I have ever read. It speaks low of the worker, and could give a negaitve impression of the care center. I suggest you bring the comment to the attention of the care center. Perhaps they can prevent it ever happening again. You may want to first tell the worker how the comment made you feel, so that they might have an opprotunity to explain or apologize.
