Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
I received a subpoena from my previous employer...saying I took unauthorized access of emails of officers, including copying and disseminating excerpts of those emails and re-transmitting verbally, or perhaps through other personal emails, the information to others of your former co-workers who are not authorized to receive that information..They will favorably consider letting this matter drop if I provide confidential information presently in my possession.. I was let go 2 weeks ago and not allowed to get any of my personal belongings or anything. .What do I need to do?

This matter is too complicated for an easy online answer. You need to consult directly with an employment lawyer, in your area, before responding to the subpoena.
Good luck
