Can I report someone to Nursing Licensing Bureau and Medicare for wrongful doing at a nursing home if they have a restraining order against me in Missouri?

Contact the nursing board, it board of healing arts. Filling paperwork, or making an online complaint would not violate an Order to keep a physical distance between the nurse and you. But, if the Order includes bit contacting authorities or similar bodies, making the complaint might violate it.
