Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
situation: two male officers entered a residential home (of a male and female) to execute a bench warrent (at 4 a.m.) for the male resident. the two residence were in bed particially and/or totaly un-clothed. one of the male officers told the female to get out of the bed. he was told by her that she was unclothed from the waste down. the male officer then called the other officer into the room and insisted that she get out of bed and get dressed. she did, reluctantly while in the spot-light of the one officer's flashlight. so my question is: is this illegal or just totaly un-ethical?

It sounds like the officer or perhaps both violated policy. such violation should be reproted to the police department. It may also be a violation of the female occupant's civil rights. Such acase might be cognizeable by a court, but may not garnner much in the way of money for the female litigant. If it turns out tha this offer has doen this before and the deparmtnetr did nothing after knowing of it, then the case may be better.
Good luck
