Small Claims Court Procedures
For a class Project, we would like the steps/procedures for presenting a case to Small Claims Courts and examples of cases that are presented there. Appreciate any helpful information.

Go to your county courthouse and see the clerk in the small claims division. The clerk in the small claims division and the clerk has a book you can take with you on how to file a lawsuit. If you want the full rules to small claims court you can find those at www.courtrules.org.
