Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
I have a state felony DUI in Kansas after five years from the date of release from probation 11/27/2010 the state statute says my firearms right is reinstated. It was a non person non grid and non drug charge with the max time in jail up to 12 months am I also good with the feds.

It is impossible to estimate how all the federal agencies would treat this, without research. I suggest that you contact Brian James or some other attorney that practices him rights actions as an emphasis. They can probably give you a simple answer or explain what issues the federal agencies might have with you possessing a firearm.
