statue of limitations on credit cards

i have a credit card that was charged-off over 10 years ago and starting to get collection calls. is there a statue of limitation on them collecting. I live in state of MO.

depending on the situation 5 or 10 years. you may want to call an attorney if you believe the statute has run.
