Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
I have a stepson who was convicted served time and his parole is up. I work a job as a security contractor. I want to own a pistol. My stepson currently resides at my home of record. Is it legal for me to buy and own a gun. I am just looking for legal trouble if I purchase and properly secure a hand gun at my home of record?

If he has a felony conviction HE might get in trouble for living in the house with your gun.
Good luck
