Can I sue Facebook for infringing on my civil rights?

You my sue almost anyone, for almost anything. But, many suits are dismissed early. Most civil rights violation cases are plead against a governmental entity. Facebook is very large, but is not yet a government itself. You will need to repost with more facts, or consult directly with an survey to see if the facts of your situation would likely support a case against Facebook.
