Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri

ok i am having some troubles,

someone that is making email threats is taking my personel information and posting adds up

on craigslist and i can not get the 80 calls a day to stop i keep flaging them off but then he will make a new one up and put my phone number down.

a couple days ago he copied my car pic off another site an the cars value was around around 5k and he put it down there for sale for 1k dollars and my phone blew up.

i just need to know my rites or what kind of stuff can i do.

If you kno wwho is doing this you can sue them in a civil suit under one of several theories. Even if you do not know who is doing this, you can and should reprot it to the police and the FBI.
