Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Missouri
Two years ago I agreed to be a joint applicant on a CareCredit card for my girlfriend to pay for dental work. I just found out that she quit making her payments when we broke up 6 months ago. Can I pay it off and sue her in small claims court?
