Using a Guessed Password

If someone guessed my password to an on-line discussion forum, and used it to go read my messages, do I have any legal recourse? They didn�t do anything except read, but I�d still like to know if I can do something about it.

Change your password to something unusual like shfksyasd and sin no more.
