Can you get a restraining order against someone who is cyber bullying you?

If that someone has had a relationship with you such as ex-spouse, ex-domestic partner, or parent of your child, yes you can get a retraining order. If no family relationship, then you need to go to court and ask for an "injunction" not a "restraining order". One reason to use an attorney is that the attorney will know the correct terminology so you don't get summarily dismissed and end up wasting time and money pursuing a dead end.
