Legal Question in Construction Law in Missouri

I am on a shared well with four other people are pump went out we are where billed separate I have paid my part of bill and one other has too there for the other two shared owners of the well has not paid the company that fixed the well has threated too turn my water off if they don't pay soon can they legally do that

Based upon the facts you relayed, it appears that the repair company can sure you for the full amount of the repair, and you can cross claim against the other two property owners fit their share. There does not appear to be any basis for the repair company to shut off your water. You can sure them if they do, and possibly report them to the police as trespassing.
