I have been allowed to use this persons car. To date I've paid for all repairs carried

Full coverage insurance. I have asked several times to buy but always

Get put off. Now they want me to buy and only

Giving 1 week. Can I get the over 4000 in repairs

Back or I'm I out of luck. I've also paid for tags and tax

It may be possible to sue to get the money back, to the extent that it has increased the value of the vehicle, compared to what it would have coated to rent such a car. Try to buy it. If you can't, consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your area, to explore your options.
