auto
Bought used car from dealership. After signing contracts for loan take it home and the car slowly begins breaking down. Been in an accident (not me) which was not disclosed to me, check engine light now on, wheel bearings going out, brakes going out, transmission going out, one of the rear wheels looks like \, plus more. Had the car 3 days now - jus over the weekend, got it on a friday. They told me to bring it in monday. I want my down payment back and my trade in back. Who to contact? Thank You in advance.

Re: auto
Unless you have awaranty from the seller, it is unlikely that they will undo teh deal. You should go after the mechanic that you had check out the car before your bought it. They should have caught at least some of the issues you described. If you did not get an independent assessment of the vehicle and you have no warranty, than you may have to chock this up to an adult life lesson.
