Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Bad check fees, and collection of the fees
Can a company I wrote a check to automaticly submit an aditional electronic check for fees without notifing me.
And continue to run both checks several times resultin in bank charges in the hundreds.

Unless you made an agreement with the company, they are not allowed to create an electrionic check to covert their fees.
