Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Bought a brand new motorcycle from Harley Davidson in Missouri. Signed contract 5 days ago but bike wasn't delivered until today. Received with a 2 inch scratch on the tank and another 1 ince scratch just beneath the first. Can I demand a new bike or the scratch taken cre of on this bike or am I just out of luck?

You can and should demand that the bike be replaced or adequately repaired.
