Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
We bought a used lawn mower from a dealer recently. On our reciept it states sold as is but we got it home and went to mow with it and before it even left our garage it began leaking oil everywhere called the place back and they agreed to fix it so we took it back to be worked on. We received it back only to get ready to use it again and see, yetc again another oil leak. We call back again, this time asking for our money back. They refuse and say they will fix it again. Do we have legal right to demand our money back?

As is means you had better have your own mechanic check it out first. Generally, if you were able to roll it out, and the motor turns, the sender has provided all they're obligated to. Dealers can be held to a higher standard. If they knew about an issue, and didn't tell you, it worse tried to hide it, you MIGHT have a claim for a refund. Absent that, you're fortunate that they're willing to fix it for free.
Good luck
