Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I bought a Sleep better air bed over the internet they have a 90 day sleep trial, jeff the salesman sold me a close out moldel. I asked if it had the sleep trial with it he said YES. We keept it for the 30 days it saids you have to keep it for the trial, i called them up and told them i wanted to return the bed because my husband can not sleep on it because it has a memory topper & it hurts his back.Jeff tells me i cant return it because it is a close out moldel. So do i just return it anyway. I payed $1,500 with credit card. How do i go about getting my money back.I did call my credit card company they are going to put a dispute on it.

You will need to return it, if there is still time. Your trial oribably required that you return the bed, not say you want ti.
Good luck
