Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
New car
Hi just purchased a new car- an 07 that was sold to me as used b/c supposedly someone decided to return and upgrade after putting on 1600 miles....so now 2 days later, I noticed a slight knock when its idling... can I return the car and get my trade back? I have not handed over title yet and still have final loan papers to sign but have put 200 miles on myself.

You may be in a position to renegotiate the deal. Have the knock investigated and fixed by the seller, or lower the purchase price.
