cell phone contracts
I am 1 year into a 2 year contract. Horrible service Important messages arrive a day late, dropped words and calls constantly. New phone did not solve problem. Any recource?

Your rights are going to be controlled by the terms of the contract you signed. However, you might look at section 407.020 of the Statutes. You might find some help there.
