Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri

My chicken nugget had a bone in it and I choked

Last week I went into a local Mcdonalds store and got some chicken nuggets, when I was eating the nuggets I choked on a rather large bone that was not supposed to be in it but it was. I had to give myself the hyamalick while my 2 year old daughter sat there crying thinking mommy was real sick. I finnaly got it out and immediatly called the mcdonalds I purchased them at and told them I would bring it in for the manager to see in the morning and I did. I no longer eat chicken nuggets because I am afraid and my daughter thinks they make you sick and won't eat them cause she seen me choke on one. Do I have a lawsuit in this case, and if I do could you refer me to someone?

It appears that you may have a viable claim against The McDonalds Corp. It may just be a claim against their insurance policy, and might result in a law suit.
