Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Contracts
We purchased a 4 wheeler and signed the contract for 6.9% APR when we recieved our first payment slip it stated our intrest was 9.9% and our payment was lower than originaly stated. They told us it is because their special offer for 6.9 had expired when we made our purchase even though our contract says 6.9 they say we have to pay 9.9. We told them if they can not get our intrest to 6.9 then we will bring their 4 wheeler back to them. They told us we could not do that. I would like to know what I can do..

Re: Contracts
If the contract says 6.9%, that's what you should pay. Contact the Attorney General's office for help with this matter. Their consumer fraud division should be an excellent resource for you.
