Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I found out last year a car dealer gave a car loan to my ex's wife using my soc sec #. I asked them to fix it last year. Now I am buying my second vehicle and am having to pay a high apr because two car loans are showing on my credit report. My current car dealer said I need to get a lawyer because the actions were fraudulent and a detriment to me .

If you have not already done so, you need to meet in person with an attorney in your area. You may have to sue the car dealer, your ex and his new wife. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
Good luck
