Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
i wonder about an issue that is a consumer complaint but may have a class action aspect. Beal roofing takes over 25-39% of the tv screen during newscasts. i purchased a larger screen tv to see the picture more clearly, and with these ads i may as well have kept a small screen tv.
i feel Beal is violating my personal rights to my media viewing.
I would appreciate your opinion. I have contacted the TV stations, the advertiser, the FCC and the ACLU already.
Thanks.

The issue you described, seems to be one regarding supply. If you are contracting for service through a cable or satellite company, you should address this issue with them. They should be able to tell you if they, or the stations are putting that ad there. If it is them, then consult your agreement with them. If it is the stations, then you may have no grounds to sue.
Good luck
