What is my liability if I co-sign a car lease

Unless the lease says otherwise, you will be liable as to the lessor, if you leased the vehicle alone. You and your colessee are liable to whomever either of you injure with the vehicle. You each might be liable for parking tickets, despite which if you mispark the vehicle. . There may be other things that you would be liable for. Have a civil practice attorney, in your area, examine the lease agreements and explain your situation.
