Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Odometer replaced in car
I found a sticker on the door of my car stating that the odometer had been replaced in september of 2001 and the mileage at that time was 19,500. I bought the car in 2002 with 4,500 miles on it. What action can I take against the dealership and what do I need to prove my case?

Re: Odometer replaced in car
I am not sure, from whom you got the sticker telling you that the odometer on your car was replsced. If you do not know, it sounds like you have very little evidence to present against the dealer. Without any evidence, you have no case.
Good Luck,
