Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I had a payment arrangement over the phone with KCP&L to pay an extra $50 a month on top of that months bill (because i was late a payment). But when i received a disconnect notice i called up there and said that since i had broken a prior deal that they will not honor this agreement. is that legal?

If you've already paid the extra $50, you might have a claim. If not, then there may be no consideration to sort you enforcing the deal. If you cannot resolve this on your own, consult directly with an civil practice attorney in your area.
Good luck
