Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
If I am purchasing a vehicle from a private owner and we have a written agreement signed and notarized, can the previous owner repossess the vehicle without reason?I have made all my payments on time and am paid up to date per our agreement.

Based upon the facts you described, the attempted repossession would be unlawful, and may be criminal theft. If you are in this situation, cuisine directly with an attorney, in your area very soon.
