Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
received an email quoting a price on a specific vehicle and when i verbally accepted and confirmed in email follow up, sales person raised price. quote included the dealer stock number and pictures. are they obligated to honor the price?

Perhaps you've got a big ndung contact to buy the car at that price. But, you used some key words, offer and acceptance. You should have an attorney read the specific email, that you say was the offer, and the acceptance one. Without seeing those, no attorney can tell you if they suffice. Go see a civil practice attorney, in your area .
