Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
I was recently a customer with National TV rental and sales, in Missouri. The whole time my account was mismanaged, being charged for new items that we really used, paying for items not in my possession, being told my payments were longer then what they were really supposed to have been when I first signed up, just over all really bad business from the company getting the run around with items being fixed. They messed up my account so bad I chose to walk away fro
Everything, I am wondering if there is anything I can do to get my money back since they are the ones who mishandled my account?
1 Answer from Attorneys
You may be able to sue for a refund of monies paid, and a declaratory judgment that you owe them no money. You did not provide enough information to assess the likelihood of success. Therefore, you should consult direclty with an attorney in your area, who can have access to more of the facts and documents.
Good luck
