Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Can a retail store be liable for accidents to employees and customers for running a special blizzard promotion to come into the store when the government has declared that same area as a state of emergency?

If the condition of the parking lot, sidewalk or store aisles causes injury to a custmer or employee, the retailer could be liable under the facts you described.
