Legal Question in Consumer Law in Missouri
Sally enters into an agreement with John where Sally promises to give John her car, and in exchange, John promises to paint her house. Is there consideration? Have both parties given consideration? If so, what is the consideration?

If Bill wants to get a theoritcal question aswered by professioanl attorneys, he shoudl hire an attorney to give such advice. There are too many real Sally and Johns out there, to waste space on law school discussions.
